터키,러시아,이란 3국 정상 시리아 안전문제 논의
터키와 러시아,이란 등 3국 정상이 16일 터키 수도 앙카라에서 회담을 가지고 시리아 안전문제를 중점적으로 논의했습니다. 그들은 시리아 서북부 이들리브 지역에서 장기적인 휴전을 실현해야 한다고 강조했습니다.

에르도안 터키 대통령과 푸틴 러시아 대통령,루하니 이란 대통령이 이날 아스타나 프로세스 틀내에서의 포럼을 진행했습니다. 에르도안 대통령은 공동기자회견에서 시리아 이들리브 지역 긴장정세의 격화가 이번 회담의 토론 중점이라고 소개했습니다.

그는 올해 4월이래 이미 1000여명 민간인이 이 지역에서 발생한 공중 혹은 지면 군사행동에서 사망했다면서 과격단체 "이슬람국가" 타격을 구실로 테러분자를 지지하는것을 받아들일수 없다고 말했습니다. 그는 터키와 러시아, 이란은 시리아의 평화실현을 위해 더욱 많은 책임을 짊어져야 한다고 강조했습니다.

에르도안 대통령은 또 3개국 정상은 기타 조치를 취해 이들리브 지역에서 전란으로 인해 새로운 한차례 인도주의 위기가 발생하는것을 방지하는데 동의했다고 소개했습니다. 그는 또 동시에 대량의 난민이 접경지역을 통해 터키에 유입되는것을 피면해야 한다고 말했습니다.

에르도안 대통령은 3개국 정상은 시리아의 영토완정을 수호하는것이 아주 중요하고 시리아 경내 쿠르드 무장이 시리아 안전을 위협하는 최대 요소라는데 공감했다고 말했습니다. 그는 3개국 정상은 또 시리아 헌법 위원회 조직구성을 추동해 시리아 문제 해결의 장기적 메커니즘을 형성하는데 동의했다고 소개했습니다.
