이극강 총리, 푸틴 러시아 대통령 회견
이극강 중국 국무원 총리가 9월 18일 오후 모스크바 크렘린궁에서 푸틴 러시아 대통령을 만났습니다.



이극강 총리는 푸틴 대통령에 대한 습근평 주석의 진지한 문안을 전했습니다. 그는 중러 양국은 상호 최대 인방이고 올해는 중러 수교 70주년이 되는 해이며 얼마전 중러 정상은 중러관계를 새시대 전면전략협력동반자관계로 격상시켰다고 언급했습니다.



그는 이번 러시아 방문기간 메드베데프 총리와 중러 총리 제24차 정례회동을 갖고 여러 영역에서 양자 교류와 협력을 전면적으로 계획하고 많은 새로운 성과들을 이룩했다고 밝혔습니다.



그러면서 그는 중러 관계가 튼튼하고 안정적인 발전을 유지하는 것은 양측에 유리할 뿐만 아니라 역내와 세계에 유리하다고 강조했습니다.



이어 그는 중국측은 러시아측과 우의를 지속적으로 다지고 협력을 심화하며 교류를 강화하고 유엔을 핵심으로 하는 국제 체계와 세계무역규칙을 기반으로 하는 다자무역체제를 수호할 것이라며 이는 세계 발전 번영과 평화 안정을 추진하는데 중요한 의미가 있다고 밝혔습니다.



이극강 총리는 중러 협력은 전망이 밝다고 지적했습니다. 그러면서 그는 중국측은 '일대일로'창의와 유라시아 경제연맹을 더 잘 연결시키고 양자 무역 규모와 질을 함께 향상시킬 것이라고 강조했습니다. 그는 또 중국은 현재 개방을 한층 확대하고 있고 시장 잠재력이 크기에 러시아를 포함한 각국 기업에 더 많은 기회를 가져다줄 수 있다고 밝혔습니다. 그러면서 그는 중러 양측이 상호 개방 확대를 견지하고 투자와 시장진입을 완화하며 양국 기업에 더 많은 협력 기회를 마련해 중러 실무협력이 새 시대에 보다 풍성한 성과를 이룩하고 양국 인민들에게 더 많은 복지를 가져다줄 수 있기를 바란다고 강조했습니다.



푸틴 대통령은 새중국 창건 70주년을 축하했습니다. 그는 대중국관계는 러시아 외교의 선차적인 방향이라고 강조했습니다. 그는 중러 수교 70년간 러중관계와 협력은 뚜렷한 성과를 거두었고 양국은 새 시대 전면전략협력동반자관계로 발전했다고 언급했습니다. 그는 러중관계는 국제관계에서 중요하고도 안정적인 요인이라며 이번 러중 총리 정례회동에서 달성한 많은 새로운 성과들이 양자 실무협력을 힘있게 추진했다고 평가했습니다. 이어 그는 러시아측은 자체 발전전략을 '일대일로' 창의와 잘 연결시키고 양자 무역 규모를 꾸준히 확대하여 공동 발전을 추진할 것이라고 밝혔습니다.
